Rates published on the Pricing page are starting estimates, not fixed prices. A binding quote is the one sent directly to you by email after you submit a request, and it will itemize scope, hours, and cost before any work begins. No engagement starts without your written approval of that quote.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the work you need done, respond to reasonable requests for access, materials, or clarification, and pay invoices per the payment terms stated in your quote.
4. Payment terms
